Renovation

There are two phases in the design of a renovation:

1. Preliminary design phase:
   
   
   • Measure the existing home
     
     
   • Produce as-built drawings of the existing home
     
     
   • Create conceptual drawings based on your ideas for your renovation
     
     
   • Refine the conceptual drawings
     
     
2. Construction document phase:
   
   
   • Translate the preliminary plans into technical drawings
     
     
   • Include dimensions required by the builder
     
     
   • Define the basic information required to renovate the house
