New Home

There are two phases in the design of a new home:

1. Preliminary design phase:
   
   
   • Create conceptual drawings based on your ideas for your new home
     
     
   • Show the size, layout and character of the house
     
     
   • Refine the conceptual drawings
     
     
2. Construction document phase:
   
   
   • Translate the preliminary plans into technical drawings
     
     
   • Include dimensions required by the builder
     
     
   • Define the basic information required to build the house
