Tim Bryan

  • Bachelor of Architecture, University of Tennessee

  • Worked several years with one of Atlanta’s finest residential designers

  • Headed the design division of an Atlanta home building company

Tim Bryan grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee and began sketching floor plans when he was only seven years old. Many of those original drawings can be found on the walls of his office today. Tim has lived in Atlanta for 20 years, and recently designed and built his own home in Alpharetta.



Eduardo Contreras

  • Bachelor of Architecture, University of Tennessee

  • Worked with many of Atlanta’s top residential designers

  • Received the Edward Vason Jones Scholarship from the Institute of Classical Architecture; traveled to Rome to study the principles of classical architecture

Eduardo Contreras grew up in Santa Ana, El Salvador, a city full of classical Spanish colonial architecture.

He moved to the capital city, and later came to study in the United States as a member of the International House, a college exchange program.

Today he lives in The Villa, designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in the early 1920s. He recently renovated his home there.
